Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research and gathering evidence for antitrust cases
- Assisting attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Organizing and managing case files and documents
- Communicating with clients and other legal professionals
- Attending trials and hearings with attorneys
- Utilizing e-discovery and case management software

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust or commercial litigation
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
