- Negotiate term sheets and draft purchase/merger agreements for private company M&A deals
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of transactional/M&A experience at a law firm
- Strong focus on private company M&A with experience in private equity/sponsor clients

- Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Florida
