Law Firm Seeking Skilled Litigation Attorney with Employment Law Experience

About the Role:
Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC, a well-respected law firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a talented Litigation Attorney with 3-10+ years of experience in employment law. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Employment practice and work with highly accomplished attorneys on a variety of complex litigation cases. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-trial to post-trial, and provide strategic advice to clients on employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and represent clients in employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear and strategic advice on employment law matters.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
3-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $120K to $210K, commensurate with experience.
