Full Time Role in Investment Banking Industry

Assist in origination and execution of M&A transactions for clients

Manage major workstreams of M&A transactions, including diligence and financial analyses

Lead working teams of junior bankers and collaborate with lawyers, accountants and consultants

Provide support and input in transaction negotiations

Present confidently to internal and external clients

Collaborate with colleagues globally for seamless transaction execution

Generate new ideas and approaches to drive business forward

Demonstrate sound judgment within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards

Provide advisory services for M&A, sales of companies/divisions, and shareholder activism/takeover defense

Advise public and private clients across all industries and geographies

Experience in public and private M&A transactions and relevant structuring

Ability to work effectively with both corporate and private equity clients

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analyses

Track record of taking initiative and managing teams

Currently a Vice President / Director level in M&A department of an investment bank

Undergraduate degree and MBA or JD required
