Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Three or more years of experience in estate planning
- Emphasis on transfer tax planning
- Strong background in trust and estate administration
- Experience with drafting trust agreements and wills
- Knowledge of handling probate proceedings and administering trusts
- Familiarity with preparing gift and estate tax returns
- Collaborative and motivated team player
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Admission in Minnesota required, admission in other jurisdictions preferred
