Position: Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
- Wealth of experience in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
- Pivotal role requiring proficiency in legal software, excellent communication skills, and time management
- Full-time, onsite position

Responsibilities:
- Update Treatment Tracker and 45-Day No Client Contact Report
- Draft all Pleadings and save all ecourts
- Update Litify Counsel tab and draft answers to interrogatories
- Handle all discovery responses, amendments, and deadlines
- Obtain bills and handle health lien requests
- Handle incoming calls and requests for more specific responses to Answers to Interrogatories
- Draft Arbitration Statements, Mediation Statements, and Pre-Trial Exchange under attorney's direction
- Draft Motions, Oppositions, and Replies under attorney's direction
- Dismissal notices for lack of prosecution
- Obtain documents and handle scheduling for Friendly Hearings and Proof Hearings
- Draft Longworth approval letters, SDS, and Blue Sheet Package
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
- Proficiency in legal software and databases
- Excellent written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective time management abilities and demonstrated team collaboration experience
- Professional interpersonal communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities and technologies
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of legal research methodologies
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to paralegal studies or legal assistance
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
Benefits: Full-time employees and part-time employees over 30 hours per week
