Responsibilities

As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary at Stange Law Firm, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting clients and taking accurate messages, receiving deliveries and faxes
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Ensuring accuracy of all documents prepared
Conducting legal research as assigned by attorneys
Organizing files and maintaining calendars
Entering billable hours into designated software
Performing other administrative tasks as requested by Firm Management Team

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Previous law firm experience, preferably in family law or domestic cases
Familiarity with PC programs and strong computer skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Senior Paralegal/Legal Assistant positions available for those with prior family law or litigation experience
