Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned attorneys' calendars, dockets, and appointments
- File documents in the Nevada and California court systems
- Organize and maintain attorney caseloads in multiple jurisdictions
- Screen incoming client calls and correspondence, responding as necessary
- Compose and prepare emails, confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
- Create and maintain practice workflow spreadsheets
- Conduct attorney time entry and complex billing
- Provide back-up support to other legal assistants
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
