The position is available for remote work, or can be based in one of the following offices: Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, or West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in breach response and data privacy counseling, along with excellent academic credentials and communication skills. They should also possess sophisticated technical skills, be ambitious, and have a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters
- Assist clients in responding to data breaches and implementing breach response plans
- Conduct risk assessments and develop data protection strategies
- Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
- Draft and negotiate data privacy and security agreements
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data privacy and cybersecurity law
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
