Job Description:

AbbVie's Global Internal Audit function is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their team. The role plays a critical part in protecting and enhancing the organization's value through risk-based assurance and advisory services to internal stakeholders, senior management, and the Audit Committee of the Board. The Senior Auditor will focus on compliance audits, which may include areas such as anti-bribery/anti-corruption, third party relationships, grants and donations, and privacy laws.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute audits of various processes and locations, both domestically and internationally
- Analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to identify potential risks and control issues
- Partner with peers to assess risks and determine audit priorities
- Prepare and present audit findings to audit leadership and business stakeholders
- Identify and communicate risk and control themes to various stakeholders
- Assist with investigations as needed
- Demonstrate strong soft skills and presentation abilities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications/degrees such as CIA, CPA, CFE, MBA, or JD are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a major public accounting, consulting, or law firm in a client-facing capacity
- Broad knowledge and experience in FCPA and/or the healthcare industry
- Ability to travel up to 35% to AbbVie's international and . locations
- Comfort with in-office and face-to-face interaction at the company's head office and audit locations

Additional Information:

The compensation range for this position is $80,500 - $153,000, based on the job grade and individual factors such as location and experience. AbbVie offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. The job also qualifies for AbbVie's short-term incentive programs.
