Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, motion practice, and other litigation documents
- Conduct written discovery and depositions
- Manage own case assignments with guidance from senior team members
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to partners
- Proactively take ownership of projects and assignments

Qualifications:

- Active license to practice law in Texas
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent legal-research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven ability to produce top quality work
- Willingness to be proactive and take ownership of projects and assignments
