- Experience with alternate project delivery methods
- Conducting depositions and participating in arbitration or trial
- Excellent writing skills for motions, depositions, and letters regarding construction litigation issues
- Ability to handle and manage written discovery and conduct depositions
- Interfacing with clients and conveying professionalism and competence in construction litigation
- Taking ownership of a matter and developing a course of action
- Self-starter with strong follow-through skills
