Law Firm Seeking Experienced Case Manager (Pre-Litigation) in Irvine, California
Salary: Starting at $23 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager (Pre-Litigation) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients and guide them through the case process from intake to settlement
- Create treatment plans for clients to ensure they receive the best possible care
- Monitor cases and advocate for needed services and entitlements for clients
- Maintain client records and communicate progress through weekly interdisciplinary meetings
- Request medical records, manage government claim forms, and handle property damage claims
- Draft legal documents such as letters of representation and preservation of evidence
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, or related field preferred but not mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience as a case manager (pre-litigation) preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- Superior time management skills and ability to handle multiple cases at once
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with CASEpeer legal management software a plus
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong desire to expand knowledge of personal injury law
