Position Overview:
- Seeking experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager to join Pre-Litigation team
- Responsible for managing own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation
- Must provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Strong team player, eager to collaborate and grow within the firm

- Reports to Pre-Litigation Manager
- Full-time, on-site position, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Pennsylvania caseload of 100 personal injury cases from intake until litigation
- Conduct 30-day calls with clients regarding medical care, providers, and treatment status, while providing excellent customer service
- Independently review cases, conduct investigations, and establish No-Fault and Bodily Injury claims as necessary
- Open claims with insurance companies and have knowledge of No-Fault applications, filing procedures, and deadlines
- Retrieve police reports and send out witness letters
- Accurately enter information in Litify case management system, including insurance and provider information, liens, damages, and expenses
- Set up property damage claims if necessary
- Work on case in pre-litigation stage until ready for suit
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Prelitigation Paralegal or Case Manager
- Previous experience managing a caseload of 100 or more case files using a Case Management System such as Litify, Needles, Clio, or MyCase
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Salary:
- Annual salary based on years of prelitigation personal injury experience
- Compensation range: $65,000-$75,000 USD
