The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Delaware and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in depositions, drafting motions, and preparing for trials. Weekly travel to Delaware may be required.

The ideal candidate will also be licensed to practice in Maryland and/or Pennsylvania, have excellent writing skills, and have experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, commercial litigation, construction, and/or insurance defense.
