LLP, a reputable law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Associate to join their Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in either Delaware, Baltimore or Philadelphia. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Delaware and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in depositions, drafting motions, and preparing for trials. Weekly travel to Delaware may be required.
The ideal candidate will also be licensed to practice in Maryland and/or Pennsylvania, have excellent writing skills, and have experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, commercial litigation, construction, and/or insurance defense.
