Law Firm Seeking Receptionist in Atlanta, GA:

- Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to legal teams

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for the law firm, welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department
- Scheduling meetings and travel plans for attorneys, clients, and vendors
- Assisting with clerical duties such as faxing, copying, and organizing files
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supporting administrative and special projects as assigned

Requirements and skills:
- Polished and professional with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong time-management and typing skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and dedication to job responsibilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to interact with various levels of staff and management
- Familiarity with office equipment and proficiency in MS Office
- Professional presentation and adherence to company dress code
- Confidentiality and sound judgment
