Associate Attorney The candidate' will work under the direction of the firm's partners, counsel and senior associate. Prior experience in estate planning or tax law required. We pride ourselves in our collaborative work environment, strong mentoring, and an overall atmosphere of growth. Our associate's work will include (i) drafting estate planning documents and client correspondence and interacting with clients (ii) researching federal estate and gift tax issues, federal income tax issues related to nonprofit organizations and charitable giving, and state law issues in the areas of wills, trusts, real estate and business entities, (iii) drafting premarital and marital agreements (iv) drafting of research memoranda and summaries, (v) assist with preparation of estate tax and gift tax returns, and (vi) other legal projects related to the firm's areas of practice. Our associate will also have the opportunity to attend professional and business development events with the firm's partners. Billable hour requirement of 1,400 hours annually for full-time employment. Part-time considered. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
