- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Prepare patent opinion letters
- Provide IP counseling to clients
- Conduct patent due diligence studies for business transactions
- Supervise junior attorneys and patent agents as part of global client service teams

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of patent prosecution law firm experience
- Patent bar membership
- Background in one of the following fields: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health focused disciplines
- Advanced degrees required
- Prior patent agent experience preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Superior academic credentials
