This position requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including data processing environments and online databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, thorough knowledge of legal research tools, and experience with federal and state court systems. They must also be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization.

Responsibilities for this role include conducting factual and legal research, providing written analyses, synopsizing transcripts, reviewing case materials, and drafting legal memoranda and correspondence. The Senior Paralegal will also need to have a pleasant phone manner and the ability to interview individuals in a professional and sensitive manner. Familiarity with methods for researching people, property ownership, and business entities is preferable.
