Job Description:

- Work closely with senior shareholders on a variety of bankruptcy cases and projects for clients
- Support the general Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice
- Draft and negotiate legal documents such as forbearance agreements, bankruptcy plans, and corporate documents
- Make court appearances in bankruptcy proceedings, receiverships, and related litigation
- Represent borrowers in financing transactions
- Prepare motions, briefs, and other bankruptcy documents
- Assist in the preparation of expert reports and mediation statements

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Degree from an accredited law school
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and foreclosure practice preferred
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Commitment to professionalism, cooperation, and teamwork
- Motivated to provide proactive, client-focused legal services
