Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or professional services environment
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of legal technology landscape and trends
- Proficiency in business intelligence, data warehousing, application development, and data visualization
- Experience working with legal technology, workflow systems, and legal project management tools
- Strong understanding of law firm structure, business practices, and terminology
- Ability to develop effective relationships with various stakeholders, including business teams, lawyers, and vendors
- Strong organizational, teamwork, customer service, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or related coursework
- Experience with emerging Microsoft OneLake, Fabric, Power, and related concepts and applications
- In-depth knowledge of database systems, data warehousing concepts, and data modeling techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and data processing frameworks such as Airflow
