Job Title: Legal Assistant - Case Manager
Experience: Background in case management or coordination preferred
Job Description:
- Provide client support: listen, empathize, and provide guidance during their legal process
- Manage various aspects of cases, from paperwork to follow-ups
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients, attorneys, and adjusters
- Handle confidential data with care and professionalism
- Utilize systems to keep tasks on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

- Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues across departments and collaborate on complex cases
- High-volume task management: prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain quality
- Time management: efficiently allocate time to each case
- Team meetings: stay informed and up to date with regular team meetings
- Case review: assess case phases periodically to ensure they remain on track
- Metrics goals: monthly performance metrics guide progress and contribute to client satisfaction and team success
- Quarterly team goals: collaborate on broader team objectives to foster growth and achievement
Requirements:
- Background in case management or coordination preferred
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills and proficiency in using computer systems
- Empathy and attention to detail
