Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law
Knowledge of Colorado court procedures strongly preferred
Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
Strong emotional intelligence — able to work with clients in crisis with empathy and professionalism
Willingness to occasionally work after hours to meet deadlines
