**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a global law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team in the Philadelphia and Delaware offices. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position with competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Position Summary:
As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing, business development, and communication initiatives to elevate the firm's brand in the Philadelphia and Delaware markets. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Managing Shareholders, and other lawyers and business professionals to strategically promote the firm's goals and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys to serve as a point of contact for marketing and business development needs in the Philadelphia and Delaware offices
- Strategize with shareholders on responses to RFPs and proposals, including market research and analysis
- Coordinate with colleagues to identify media opportunities and nominations
- Handle directory submissions, including Chambers and other publications
- Write, edit, and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, client updates, and other communications
- Make recommendations for office sponsorships, memberships, and event attendance to increase the firm's visibility and influence in the market
- Plan and host client events, including managing budgets and evaluating return on investment
- Work with firmwide marketing to ensure current and updated content on the website and other marketing materials
- Assist with integrating new attorneys into the firm and prioritize their internal meetings
- Coordinate information flow between attorneys and marketing professionals
- Develop and support business plans for practice groups and individual shareholders
- Have knowledge of the Philadelphia and Delaware markets, including key organizations and businesses
- Manage short and long-term projects and attorney requests

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
- required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development at a law firm or other professional services firm
- Proven experience responding to proposals and RFPs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
