**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading international law firm, is seeking a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney (KIA) to support 1-2 litigation practice groups. This role will report to the Director of Knowledge and Innovation and is part of the Practice Innovation & Legal Solutions Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Assigned PGs with knowledge management and innovation needs
- Implement and manage knowledge management and innovation projects and priorities
- Collect, organize, and maintain core practice content and "know how"
- Capture, maintain, and optimize experience data
- Share knowledge across the group and keep attorneys updated on practice trends and developments
- Identify training needs and coordinate with leadership to organize and deliver relevant training
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose potential applications in legal processes
- Foster relationships with industry peers and legal technology providers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Proficiencies:
- Prior experience in complex litigation, IP, or Labor & Employment litigation
- Knowledge of knowledge management and legal innovation practices
- Advanced understanding of litigation workflows and needs
- Familiarity with legal innovation and technology ecosystem
- Proficiency in developing training curricula and learning and development best practices
- Advanced proficiency in researching and drafting legal documents
- Competency with firm software programs
- Advanced proficiency in document management search functionality and systems
- Familiarity with change management, project management, and process improvement
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Desire for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
Qualifications:
- Law degree and current bar admission
- At least 5 years of law firm practitioner experience
- Experience in knowledge management or legal innovation practices
Salary Information:
- Minimum salary: $205,000 annually
- Maximum salary: $280,000 annually
