Commercial Litigation Attorney The candidate will work as a Commercial Litigation Attorney. Will be required to make court appearances for hearings and trials. Will be required to take/defend depositions, draft pleadings, prepare discovery, briefing, and research. Draft/review contracts, purchase agreements and other real estate/construction documents. Bench and jury trial experience (Preferred). Minimum of 2+ years of State and Federal court experience (Required). Minimum of 2+ years as a Commercial Litigation Attorney. (Required).
