Salary Information:
- The salary range for this role is $114,490 to $272,090, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
- Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program may also be available, subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance.

Experience Information:
- 8+ years of total corporate tax experience
- Strong managerial experience with budgets, people, and projects
- Previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience preferred
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM a plus

Position Summary:
- Seeking a senior leader with a strong background in partnership agreements, aggregate allocations, deferral techniques, and consulting for major players in the private equity industry
- Opportunity to work with a growing team and play in the big pond of investment management
- Responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to investment management clients, including analysis, solution development, and implementation of tax objectives
- Develop client relationships and engage specialists as necessary
- Lead client contact on engagements, billing and profitability analysis, and marketplace eminence building and pursuits

Work Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level reviews of tax research, partnership work papers, allocations, and tax returns
- Prepare and lead client meetings on compliance and consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities and the tax implications of various transactions for investment funds
- Train, mentor, and supervise Tax Consultants, Tax Seniors, and Tax Managers
- Involved in the recruitment process for the team
- Co-locate in person 2-3 days per week as part of a hybrid work model
- Travel up to 25% based on the work, clients, and industries/sectors served

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Active accreditation such as CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, CFA, or CFP
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average
