Domestic Violence/Removal Attorney The candidate should be an Illinois Licensed Attorney with at least 1 year of full time experience working with immigrant victims of domestic violence/human trafficking; removal proceeding, detention and Asylum. Requirements/Skills: Must be licensed in Illinois and have at least 12 months of full time experience in representing clients in orders of protection. Must have solid court experience, understand procedure, with strong writing skills. Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required. Must be hard working, dedicated to serving clients, organized, able to work independently. Active member of the Illinois State Bar is preferred.
