Law Firm seeks Administrative Support Assistant
Thompson Coburn, a highly respected law firm with offices in eight (8) . cities, is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant for its St. Louis office. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to legal support staff, attorneys, and paralegals
Enter, proofread, and release attorney timesheets according to deadlines
Perform scan/copy/print projects using Firm software programs
Profile and upload documents in electronic document management system
Create binders for hearings, depositions, and trials
Input invoices and expense reports for processing
Assist with calendaring as needed
Share overflow responsibilities in document management and other administrative duties
Experience and Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
Minimum one year of administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
