Position Overview:

- Join the Executive Assurance Team as Senior Claims Examiner for Employment Practices Liability Claims
- Actively Manage and Effectively Oversee Assigned Caseload
- Develop and Implement Strategies for Coverage Issues
- Responsible for Assessing and Recommending Reserves
- Travel to Attend Mediations, Trials, and Other Proceedings for Resolution of Claims

Primary Responsibilities:

- Identify and Assess Coverage Issues
- Develop and Implement Strategies for Coverage Issues
- Maintain Contact with Relevant Parties
- Investigate Claims and Review Relevant Documents
- Analyze and Direct Risk Transfer and Contractual Indemnity Issues
- Prepare and Present Reports to Senior Management
- Negotiate Resolution of Claims
- Review and Evaluate Defense Counsel Invoices
- Maintain a Diary of Claims and Respond to Inquiries

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree Required, Juris Doctorate Preferred
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience Managing Employment Practices Liability Claims
- Proper Adjuster Licensing Preferred
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Required
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills Required
- Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Required
- Willingness to Travel 25%

Salary Information:

- Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $165,000 per Year
- Total Compensation Offered Will Take into Account Factors Such as Geographic Location, Role Responsibilities, and Qualifications
- Range May Be Modified in the Future
