Qualifications:

- JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Utah
- 6+ years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense
- Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, taking/defending depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
- Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality legal representation in auto and/or general liability cases
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other attorneys
- Handle all aspects of a case, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
