Position Overview:
- Seeking a Junior Litigation Associate to Represent Clients in Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Litigation Matters
- Advanced-Level Position for Candidates with 5-10 Years of Experience
- Must be Licensed to Practice in at least One State

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legal Research and Analysis
- Draft Legal Documents
- Assist with Case Management and Preparation for Litigation
- Attend Court Hearings and Other Legal Proceedings
- Collaborate with Other Attorneys to Develop Case Strategies
- Communicate with Clients and Opposing Counsel
- Maintain Accurate and Organized Case Files
- Represent Clients in Trial

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an Accredited Law School
- Admission to Practice Law in at least One State
- Knowledge of Patent/Trademark/Copyright Laws and Procedures
- Litigation and Trial Experience
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Projects
- Passion for Helping Clients
