Law Firm Seeking Staff Attorney for Technology Transactions Group
Overview:
The Technology Transactions Group at our leading law firm is seeking a full-time Staff Attorney to join our team. This position is available in our Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York office and offers the opportunity to work with some of the most prominent technology, entertainment, and life sciences companies in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in big law firm licensing, commercial contracts, and M&A. This is a non-partnership track position, but offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review a variety of agreements for M&A and financing transactions
- Prepare written summaries and disclosure schedules
- Create and update document databases
- Communicate key results to team and project leaders
- Organize and track due diligence materials, information, requests, and responses
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice and active and in good standing in the state in which hired
- At least 2 years of big law firm licensing, commercial contracts, and M&A experience
- Highly computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, iManage or other document management software
- Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time pressure with minimal supervision

Salary and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $125,000 - $160,000 USD, depending on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location.
