Manager, International Tax - KPMG US Careers
Responsibilities:
- Direct and advise multinational enterprises on tax planning decisions and business strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to structure tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions
- Prepare and review tax provision for financial statements and assist with compliance work
- Guide clients on income tax treaty planning opportunities
- Provide tax services to alternative investment companies and asset managers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, or federal tax planning
- Bachelor's degree, with preference for advanced degree or CPA, EA, or JD/LLM
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, supervise and train staff, and maintain client relationships
