Salary: $140-$150 plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Prepare for and attend hearings and depositions
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis
• Provide sound counsel and judgment
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients, staff, and co-workers
• Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice law in California, in good standing with the Bar
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional legal writing skills
