Job Description:
- Perform legal research and draft memoranda
- Observe court proceedings
- Assist in litigation and trials
- In-person work in either Albany or Syracuse office

Qualifications:
- First, second, or third year law student
- Strong academic credentials
- Demonstrated research, writing, and analytical ability

Requirements:
- Must be a . citizen
- Full-time commitment for 8-10 weeks
- Successful background check including fingerprints, credit and tax checks, and drug test
