Job Duties:
- Work with experienced attorneys and paralegals to learn firm processes
- Handle all aspects of the Probate and Trust Administration process
- Ensure client's wishes are fulfilled during the administration process
- Manage own caseload and travel to satellite offices as needed
- Counsel clients on the benefits of creating an estate plan
- Lead educational seminars on the Probate and Trust Administration process
- Ensure compliance with rules of professional conduct
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Michigan Bar required
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping families preserve their assets
- Energetic and upbeat personality
- Good analytical and client communication skills
- Experience in estate planning, elder law, real estate, or post-death administration preferred
