• Perform complex legal work for the State of Arizona in various legal divisions.
• Provide legal advice, counsel, and representation for the State's interest.
• Handle cases related to consumer fraud, white collar crime, organized crime, public corruption, environmental laws, civil rights laws, and more.
• Work on cases that may involve multiple counties and conflicts with county attorneys.
• Assist with protecting the rights and well-being of children and families in Arizona.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and appear in court.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and respond to inquiries from the public.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Requires knowledge of applicable statutes, case law, and court rules.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage complex investigations and cases.
• Dedication and interest in public service is preferred.
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and an active Arizona State Bar license.
