Law Firm in Florida is seeking an experienced attorney with a background in employment law to join our team as a Partner/Unit Lead. This role offers an opportunity to shape the firm's strategic direction, manage client relationships, and provide top-tier legal services in employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a strong legal practice in employment law, including handling complex cases, providing expert advice, and representing clients in court.
- Foster and maintain client relationships, contribute to business development efforts, and expand the firm's client base.
- Contribute to firm management, including strategic planning and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas and maintain strong working relationships within the firm.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in employment law, with a focus on defense.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the Florida bar.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Deep understanding of employment law and successful case handling.
