Salary: $167,000/year to $233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Reality Labs legal team. As the Lead Counsel, you will provide practical legal guidance on various legal, product, and business strategies supporting the development and delivery to market of augmented, virtual, and mixed reality products. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work in various locations across the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Advise on policies, programs, and vendor agreements for logistics, transportation, customs services, and other operations activities
- Identify legal requirements for global market expansion and coordinate legal workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to analyze and communicate legal risks
- Lead legal risk assessments and drive coordination with key stakeholders
- Work directly with business and technical teams to provide legal and business advice on Reality Labs products and strategies
- Build relationships with executives, product/operations teams, and peers across the organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications:

- . degree and membership in at least one . state bar
- 5+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience
- Demonstrated experience working under own initiative and influencing team and business goals
- Must have a law degree or equivalent certificate and be appropriately licensed to practice law in assigned work location

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience advising on global logistics, post-sales operations, and market expansion
- Prior experience with technology and/or consumer hardware companies
- Familiarity with managing legal risks across multiple jurisdictions
