Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing. Assist with commercial real estate due diligence, including title and survey reviews, title objection letters, lease reviews, and UCC, judgment, litigation and lien searches. Prepare organizational documents and assist in entity formation. Prepare closing checklists, critical dates timelines, closing statements, title and other affidavits, entity authorizations, customary closing documentation, etc. Close documents and assist with other aspects of the transactions as needed, both locally and nationally. Perform other related duties as assigned. High school or equivalent degree is required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus. Two-year Associate's degree is preferred. Should have 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate as a paralegal. Typing skills of 70+ WPM.
