Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Project coordination and monitoring using project management methodologies and tools
- Assisting project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitating communication among project stakeholders and tracking project progress
- Identifying, assessing, and escalating project risks and issues
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in IT
- Familiarity with project management methods and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working with both technical and business teams

Nice to have:

- Experience supporting IT initiatives or enterprise programs
- Interest in certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Agile
- Understanding of IT delivery or business process workflows
