Transactional Attorney (Orlando/ Fort Lauderdale/ Lake Worth/ Tampa): Join Our Growing Law Firm!
Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with a Portable Book of Business to join our growing law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tired of running their own business and just wants to focus on practicing law. We provide a competitive base salary, commission on cases brought into our firm, and a percentage of the transactional division. Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of commercial, corporate, and real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate documents for general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, policies, procedures, finances, intellectual property, and regulatory issues
- Analyze legal risk and rights of different company structures and make recommendations for corporation, joint venture, limited partnership, and limited liability company options
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
- Portable Book of Business
- Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional legal services
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($90,000 - $130,000 based on experience)
- Commission on cases brought into our firm (minus PIP)
- Percentage of the transactional division

Requirements:
- Must be able to work fully onsite (no remote work)
- Some travel may be required

- Active Florida Bar license required

- Relocation to Tampa, FL 33602 required before starting work
