Job Title: Associate - Finance & Transactions
Job Responsibilities:
The Finance associate will be part of the Finance & Transactions team, working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with shareholders and participating in business development and client-facing activities.
- Drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
- Managing multiple matters simultaneously.
- Engaging in substantial professional development through training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Assuming as much responsibility and client contact as ready.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
- Experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions is required.
- The candidate should have a . degree (or its equivalent) with strong academic credentials.
- Admission in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, Texas, or District of Columbia) is necessary.
Salary Information:
- The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $320,000.
