Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with firm's long-term goals
- Establish and oversee systems to track and measure effectiveness of business development initiatives
- Manage sponsorships, memberships, and investments in key industry organizations and conferences
- Foster collaboration and cross-marketing across practice and industry areas
- Lead the firm's response to major pitches, proposals, and RFPs
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM for tracking relationships and enhancing pipeline visibility
- Develop and lead business development training programs for attorneys
- Conduct in-depth research on clients, prospects, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Manage and mentor BD coordinator and support staff
