We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Liability Associate to join our Las Vegas office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation cases
- Collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
- Attend court appearances and handle depositions
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular status reports
- Adhere to client guidelines and legal standards
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada
- At least 3 years of experience in general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation law
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is a plus
