Key Responsibilities:

- Draft estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable planning, and tax mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide effective strategies to meet those goals.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the estate planning field.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in estate planning.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
