Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a top global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Patent Docket Specialist to join our Intellectual Property Patent Support Unit (PATSU). This position is available in various locations, including San Francisco, Orange County, Los Angeles, Houston, Seattle, Chicago, Century City, Boston, Washington ., Silicon Valley, and Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all areas of the CPI database, including application information, due dates, and remarks
- Handle incoming client and Patent and Trademark Office communications
- Process electronic communications according to departmental procedures
- Provide docket, status, and maintenance reports to patent personnel and lawyers

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of foreign patent docketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Salary Information:

- For positions in Century City, Orange County, CA, and Washington, .: $62, - $99,
- For positions in Chicago, IL: $59, - $94,
- For positions in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, CA, and Seattle, WA: $64, - $103,

Note: The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, and market conditions. Additionally, the total compensation package may include an annual discretionary bonus and eligibility for various benefits, such as a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
