Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing targeted advice
- Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing and new clients
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, and credit and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients

Qualifications and Skills:

- At least three years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Strong community presence and established network
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Client-focused with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Organized and proactive problem solver
- In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations for clients
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different backgrounds and functions
