- Assist with formation and structuring of business entities
- Work on finance and private equity transactions
- Possess knowledge of securities law (a plus, but not required)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong background in mergers and acquisitions
- Experience with general representation of business entities
